The Role

• As Treasury Manager, you will lead the day-to-day treasury function, ensuring effective cash flow management, liquidity planning, and funding oversight across the business.
• You will monitor cash positions, manage banking relationships, and support the execution of treasury strategies aligned to the company's broader financial objectives.
• Responsibilities will include forecasting cash flow, optimising working capital, overseeing payments and settlements, and ensuring appropriate treasury controls and compliance frameworks are in place.
• You will partner closely with finance, risk, and leadership teams to support short- and long-term funding needs, improve reporting, and provide insights into capital and liquidity positions.
• The role will also involve managing treasury operations, reviewing financial risk exposure, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting accuracy.
• You'll play a key role in supporting audit requirements, policy development, and ongoing enhancement of treasury governance and operational efficiency.

About You

• You bring strong treasury experience gained within banking, financial services, investment banking, or a complex corporate environment.
• You have a solid understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking operations, treasury controls, and financial risk principles.
• You're commercially minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities and senior stakeholder interaction.
• You have strong analytical capability and are confident interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and providing practical recommendations.
• You're an effective communicator who can build trusted relationships across finance, operations, and executive teams.
• You bring a proactive approach, sound judgement, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related discipline will be well regarded, and professional treasury or accounting qualifications will be advantageous.
