You will join a newly established team with the remit to implement best practice budget management in support of sustaining world class Aerospace Surveillance and Response capabilities: the P-8A Poseidon and MQ4 Triton aircraft systems. In this role, you will perform budget planning and development, along with in year budget management and forecast development to sustain and operate these aircraft systems. You will apply your advanced analytical skills and understanding of the budgeting process to enhance budget planning and decisions, and aid in managing the portfolio’s risk.

About our Team
The Surveillance and Response Systems Program Office (SRSPO) ensures the availability and performance of highly complex surveillance and response airborne and related systems for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). This includes the new P-8A Poseidon aircraft system and the P-3C (Electronic Warfare) aircraft capability.
SRSPO also acquires and supports common Aeronautical Life Support Equipment (ALSE) that is used on all air vehicles operated by the RAAF, Navy and Army. In the near future we will support a new remotely piloted, high altitude, long endurance aircraft system, the MQ4 Triton.
