Seeking a driven and enthusiastic team assistant, for a major accounting firm in Perth CBD
Your new company
One of Perth's most reputable accounting firms is currently seeking a competent administrator who can effectively provide support to a busy team. This company is located in the heart of Perth CBD, offering this position at a competitive salary for full-time working hours.

Your new role
As the Team Assistant you will be responsible for seeing to general administration support tasks to support everyday workflow within the team. Your duties will include:
  • Email and phone management, responding and redirecting appropriately
  • Assisting with setting up meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Data entry duties and general administration support (scanning, filing, stock ordering etc).
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you must display the following qualities/skills:
  • Previous experience working within a fast paced environment, seeing to important deadlines accordingly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with people at all levels
  • Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suites on a daily basis
  • Previous experience in an administration support role is ideal, however not essential
