The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Coordinator within the Talent team. The location of this role is flexible across Australia. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.

Your key responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination of course, class and event logistics: room bookings, catering, calendar entries, monitoring pre-work completion, participant communications, distributing program materials, setting up classrooms on the day of learning etc
  • Support the development and deployment of the TAS and FSO Learning plan and budget, including alignment to EY Learning and business strategy and prioritisation of Region SL Learning investments
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders across Oceania and Asia-Pacific; including Service Line technical education teams and Leaders
  • Evaluating programs and providing feedback to local program managers and global designers on enhancements needed
  • Facilitate Cross Service Line programs to our Graduate to Manager population
Skills and attributes for success
  • Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Internet
  • Advanced knowledge of excel for reporting requirements
  • Relevant administrative and customer/client service experience
  • Learning & Development Expertise - design, implementation, facilitation and evaluation
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Organisational and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Strong project and time management skills
