Large enterprise seeking a Scrum Master to join a digital portfolio undergoing an agile transformation. Your new company
Working with an iconic enterprise sized WA organisation, who are embarking on a number of large scale digital projects requires a Scrum Master to join their delivery team. Your new role
As the Scrum Master, you will teach, coach and mentor Scrum framework practices and Agile principles to the team, the Product Owner and the Organisation. Support the team in applying Scrum practices and principles and ensures Scrum events happen. Act as a single point of entry into the team, minimising external disturbances and managing risks or impediments with potential to impact the team. What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will require the following:
What you'll get in return
- Scrum Master certification and/or significant working experience.
- Demonstrated expertise of the Scrum framework, with all its artefacts and techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Knowledge of with software development and demonstrated experience in managing projects using Scrum and more generally the use of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
