Seeking a driven and focused Project Administrator to join a unique team based North of the River permanently.
Your new company
A globally renowned leadership consultancy and facilitator trainer specialising in values-based leadership. Their purpose is to help leaders transform society and they do this through delivering leadership development, facilitator and coaching accreditation programs around the world.

Your new role
The key responsibilities for the Project Administrator role will include:
  • Supporting system administration for planning, scheduling and diagnostic tools e.g. Coaching, Leadership Circle Program 360, Barrett Values Program administration
  • Supporting project schedule updates and maintenance
  • Supporting maintenance and updates to client data management system
  • Supporting consultant preparation for client meetings and workshops e.g., preparations (venue management, catering,
  • Zoom support for online consulting workshops
  • Support directors with scheduling of ad hoc meetings
What you'll need to succeed
The following skills and qualifications are required to be successful:
  • Demonstrable experience in Project Administrative activities in a similar environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Certification in Project Management, Project Office Management or Project Administration would be preferential
  • Highly collaborative and strong team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Keen interest in personal development and leadership
  • Open to learn new digital skills e.g., Airtable client database management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Self-motivated and confident to engage with client executive assistants to help coordinate events or meetings
