The role will report to the People & Culture Operations Manager, providing end-to-end generalist HR support across employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, workforce planning, leadership coaching, organisational development and change initiatives.
Working closely with business leaders, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping to resolve people matters, strengthen leadership capability and implement practical people solutions aligned to business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing expert HR advice to managers and employees on people-related matters.
Managing employee relations cases, including grievances, investigations and performance matters.
Coaching leaders on people management, workplace issues and best-practice HR approaches. Interpreting and applying Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation.
Supporting workforce planning, succession planning, onboarding and retention initiatives.
Contributing to the implementation of people strategies and organisational change programs.
Driving continuous improvement of People & Culture processes, policies and systems.
Building strong stakeholder relationships across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
You will be a proactive and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys building relationships and providing practical, solutions-focused advice. You will possess proven experience in a generalist People & Culture role with strong employee and industrial relations knowledge. You will have a working knowledge of interpreting awards, enterprise agreements and employment legislation.
