The opportunity

We are looking for a Manager within the Operational Transaction Services team in our Perth office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.

Your key responsibilities
  • We are the largest dedicated integrations and separations' practice in Australia
  • We combine both operational and transaction experience
  • Half of the ASX top 20 are EY OTS clients
  • EY Transaction Advisory Services ranked first for three years running in Mergermarket's Accountant Advisor league tables on highest value and volume of deals.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients
  • Identifying key client risks, issues and mitigating these ahead of time
  • Analysing and evaluating a company's financials
  • Managing a small team and leading by the EY values
  • Acting as the main point of contact to our client
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Experienced (2 - 5 years) record in professional services / management consulting or related corporate experience
  • Transaction experience, ideally in one or more relevant areas such as pre-deal transaction support, commercial and operational due diligence, synergy identification and assessment, post-merger integration or carve-out support and benefits realisation
  • Organisational transformation experience
