Your new role
As a Customer Service & Warehouse Support Officer, you'll join a small, close-knit team where no two days are the same. This is a highly varied role that combines customer service, administration, order processing, inventory coordination, and hands-on warehouse support.You'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and helping ensure products reach customers on time. Over time, you'll also develop technical product knowledge, allowing you to confidently assist customers with product-related questions and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
- Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and credit requests
- Assist with freight tracking and delivery coordination
- Liaise with internal teams to manage stock availability and backorders
- Support inventory management, stock takes, and warehouse operations
- Assist with picking and packing activities as required
- Maintain strong compliance with workplace safety procedures
What you'll get in return
