An exciting opportunity to join an ASX 100 finance leader and leading regional bank as a Customer Care Representative in the heart of Perth CBD. Your new role
This role will see you on the frontline of a busy customer service team. The team is focused on building long lasting relationships with their customers. You will be discussing their financial needs and the range of products and services available to them. Your focus will be on business growth and general enquiries whilst working towards KPIs and targets that are aligned with the companies' strong values. What you'll need to succeed
You will be passionate about customer service and have experience working within retail/hospitality. You will demonstrate the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment and be able to navigate your way around multiple systems. You will be adaptable to change and keen to learn and develop new skills. What you'll get in return
This is a fantastic entry level position to be part of a motivated and successful team within the banking industry.
You will receive 3 months full time training and afterwards have the flexibility to work from home.
