Role Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs/week
As the Workforce Planning Lead, you will be responsible for the management and mentoring of the Resource Planning professionals to develop and continuously improve the resource planning function by providing leadership, technical and theoretical support to the Resource Planning team. This position plays a key role assisting Contact Centre Management achieve required performance targets through effective management of all forecasting and scheduling.
You will fulfil a key relationship interface with the Leadership team facilitating modelling, as well as providing advice & guidance on how best to utilise resource planning to achieve business objectives. You will also facilitate the analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives and oversee the long term planning and business capacity planning. About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Demonstrated experience in a high volume and complex Resource Management Team
- Prioritisation and time management to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement
- Well-developed personal communication and influencing skills
- High degree of self-direction, initiative and motivation
- A tertiary degree in an associated discipline preferred
