As a Technical Business Analyst in our Experience Centre your impact will be seen by:
- Facilitation of team meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand up, product demonstration to the client, retrospective.
- Work with the team to define the requirements required for the project and break the requirements into epics and small stories/tasks
- Work with the team to identify dependencies and drive decision making
- Actively involved in meetings with product owner or stakeholders to deliver key messages, highlighting risks and progress update against metrics.
You have a background working with Agile development methodologies and a strong understanding of Scrum/Kanban/Lean/XP principles. You will be skilled with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure as well as working on technical system analysis, process analysis and design and hold an understanding of how to address requirements as User Stories and Acceptance criteria and extensive experience with collaboration tools eg Jira and Confluence.
