Role Type: Permanent full-time, multiple positions available
As the Risk Manager, you are to work with the Head of Non-Financial Risk, Digital to develop and implement the risk, review and challenge aspects of the ANZ’s Digital Transformation Strategy, including identification of new ways of working and development of ‘digital blueprints’ for customer data, information security and others. The role is to play a leading role in the management of Line 2 operational risk and compliance advice, challenge and oversight of the strategic projects across ANZ’s Data and Digital Transformation Strategy, including the identification and oversight of emerging risks relating to the development of new capabilities. Specifically, the role is required to: Lead the review and challenge, and insights, into the end-to-end management of risks across key transformation projects and data initiatives, as well as identifying interdependencies/co-dependencies across the Group. Ensure significant risks being introduced by project/technology changes are well understood and that the Businesses understand how these risks impact business objectives and/or the ANZ risk appetite. Work with the Digital businesses and supporting functions to build and retain the trust and confidence of customers, shareholders, the community and regulators through the active identification and management of compliance and operational risk. Work with first line Digital / Business Assurance teams to ensure there is consistent management of digital based risks/controls, all governance structures are in place and are operational. Drive the next generation of risk analytics capability by working with the wider Team, with a focus on producing analytical information which provides insights that add value to the business and optimise risk management and culture. About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- At least 5 Risk and/or Technology governance experience
- At least 5 years’ project management experience leading complex initiatives
- Strong Coaching & Leadership experience developing others
- Able to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
- Able to use initiative. Be proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues
