We are currently seeking a driven individuals to join our Aston Carter team to support the growth of our Banking and Wealth team.

Initially your responsibilities will include:
  • Work alongside Senior Consultants & Management to identify top accounts, target skillsets, key market segments and assess clients' staffing requirements;
  • Match candidates' strengths with clients' requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates;
  • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide exemplary customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads; and
  • Negotiate wages, terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and build long lasting relationships
  • Developing and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships
  • Conducting business development and building a pipeline of work
  • Aligning candidates' aspirations and interests with suitable careers
  • Develop a deep understanding of the skill sets and industries you specialise in
  • Understand and deliver our value proposition to clients to establish enduring and productive partnerships
