Product Owner Chapter Lead (Transforming Customer Service)

The purpose of the Transforming Customer Service Tribe is transform customer and banker experiences, anticipating their needs and implementing the right solution, first time every time.

As a Product Owner Chapter Lead you will enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary and technically focused Squad to pursue its delivery of work. You will ensure that the work is operationally and strategically aligned to the Tribes mission. This role also has Chapter Lead responsibilities for a chapter of Product Owners.

The Product Owner Chapter Lead closely works with other Chapter Leads, the Tribe Performance Lead and the Tribe Lead to ensure timely and well managed delivery and supports with strategic tribe wide initiatives. This role is responsible for working with the Product Owners to prioritise and refine the work that the tribe delivers and break down work into meaningful squad missions and objectives. You will help drive continuous improvement and innovation across the Tribe, in partnership with other Tribes, squads and chapters.

This role offers a Permanent, Full-Time opportunity (40 hours/week); and is based in 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.
