Your Role and Responsibilities

Principle Consultant - SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors - 2yrs Fixed Term Hire
As an experienced SAP Principle Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, you will deliver innovative business solutions through design, build and test, including systems integration. You will leverage your subject matter expertise and your leadership capabilities to ensure successful project delivery and client success. We would like you to have a very solid SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors background with previous consulting environment implementation experience. Strong experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, organisational change management, process design, planning, project management and managing execution of build to deploy activities.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in designing, configuring, testing and deploying SAP HCM solutions (including Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Employee and Manager Self Service) with a minimum of 4 full lifecycle implementations
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in designing, configuring, testing and deploying SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and/or EC Payroll) solutions with a minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementations
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
  • Providing sales and pre-sales support for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects
  • You have a good knowledge of SAP HCM business processes and SAP SuccessFactors
  • You are certified in at SAP HCM or in minimum 3 SAP SuccessFactors modules (preferably Employee Central, EC Payroll and one other)
  • Provide leading practice functional and technical expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors including integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Lead facilitation of design workshops with multiple stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of core data structures and data flows of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Strong problem-solving and presentation skills to drive client issue and defect resolution
  • Identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and soft skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work in high performing teams in delivering on time and on budget
  • Documenting functional requirements
  • Configuring SuccessFactors systems to meet client business requirements
