What will your typical day look like?
You will work with anumber of high profiled and well established organisations in driving theirstrategic innovation and growth agendas, helping them define and act upon theirstrategy choices. In addition, you will draw upon our unique capabilities in Designthinking, Digital, Data Analytics, Deloitte Access Economics, and experiencefrom our global consulting network, as well as undertaking extensive strategyfocused training and development to support your own growth opportunitiesthrough international assignments and secondments.

The MonitorDeloitte team assists Senior Executives, CEOs and Boards of leading(Australian) corporations and government agencies to develop and executestrategies that create sustainable competitive advantage to grow and transformtheir business.

You are someone with:
•          Demonstratedstrategy consulting experience gained from Tier 1 Consulting firm or strategyboutique
•          A strongunderstanding of delivering strategic based projects across areas such as strategy, innovation, productivity, coreoperations improvement, and transformation design and delivery
•          Exceptional problemsolving, quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills.
•          Highlyeffective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability tobuild strong relationships with a range of clients
•          7 + years ofexperience leading strategy consulting project teams, mentoring and provencapabilities in people management
