Manager Engineer - ATM and Self Service

Your goal will be to Lead the ATM Self Service Team, responsible for the operational integrity, projects and technology strategy of the ATM & Self-Service machine fleet (Business Deposit, Business Change & Coin Deposit Machines)

Managing a team of 5 this is an exciting opportunity to be part of NAB's transformation across the Retail environment. NAB are heavily invested in customer focus technology, both in the strategy and driving the new operating model. This role plays a key role in driving these outcomes.

Your new role awaits

As an experienced Manager Engineer you will have vast experience across ATM & Self-Service technology. You will now be an experienced leader and strategic thinker to take NAB to next step in banking.

Your experience:
  • Technical domain expertise in ATM and self-service machine end-to-end technology including hardware, ATM software, security and payments.
  • Experience with payments and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong Vendor management and negotiation skills
    Agile development practices experience
  • Strong Technology and Business stakeholder management
  • Proven experience supporting the Full lifecycle (design to development to testing to support)
  • Testing automation - Cloud solution enablement is highly desirable
