Here's where you come in
To support the growth of AustralianSuper (the Fund) we are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our Project team to assist with creating new capabilities for the Fund. These new capabilities will ensure the successful design and implementation of the AustralianSuper Way of Working program (WoW).
In this role, you will:
  • Investigate, research and design new WoW, in collaboration with the Capability Leads
  • Gather findings and provide relevant supporting documentation
  • Provide analytical support
  • Contribute to both independent and collaborative thinking to discover, define, design and deliver the WoW
  • Administration support including, updating project plans, technology and meeting coordination, communication development (presentations, blogs), documentation, and liaising with third party vendors
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
You'll need
  • Previous experience and exposure to business analysis
  • Experience working with agile methodology highly regarded but not essential
  • Relevant degree and qualifications required
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem solving skills with an ability to work through issues and present recommendations
  • Ownership skills and commitment to following through
The ideal candidate will be able to work with a wide range of people, think on their feet and is not afraid to express ideas and recommendations. You will be flexible, adaptable and enjoy working on varied tasks and being a pivotal part of the team.
