Your team’s mission?

The Deposits and Wealth Tribe focuses on operational and procedural duties, their mission is centred around:

  • Remediation
  • Right first time
  • Building deeper and more substantial relationships with existing customers through retention activities and resolving customer complaints
As a Product Manager, your mission is to enable the optimisation of existing end-to-end customer journeys and improve the customer experience by devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the Third Party Insurance portfolio. This includes managing priority segments and helping with distribution, act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and concerns, tracking growth of portfolio and key metrics coordination. Most importantly maintaining a strong relationship with your key vendor.

What skills will you bring:

You are currently a Product Manager with a background in general insurance or supply chain, either in Sales, Claims or Pricing. You have an intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the center of everything you do. Coupled with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors in the delivery of customer focused solutions.
