Short-term, full-time contract for a true HR Generalist to support a NFP organisation in the eastern suburbs Your new company
Your new organisation is a NFP organisation located in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Your new role
Your new role will see you work closely with the People Director in a generalist support role. This will involve end-to-end recruitment, as well as updating and amending contracts, responding to HR queries, compliance, management of the HRIS and possibly a review of current processes where appropriate. What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you must have previous experience in a generalist position with end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management. You will be confident in your ability to hit the ground running and work with little support. HR reporting experience is preferred but not essential.
This is a full-time contract position between 3-6 months (depending on the successful candidate) where you will be required to work from home 3-4 days per week, with 1-2 days from the office. What you'll get in return
