Finance Business Partner - Permanent Job - Public Sector - Education - Work From Home Flexibility

Your new role
This role sits within the Finance Team, where you will be responsible for the provision of leadership and expertise relating to budget management, forecasting, costing, modelling and analysis. You will play a crucial role in supporting managers by providing sound financial advice and strategic recommendations. Key accountabilities include;
  • Conducting financial analysis & reporting
  • Assisting with financial modelling
  • Developing business area budgets & providing business analysis
  • Collaborating with team members to design, develop and implement the annual budgets
  • Meeting with key internal & external stakeholders
  • Contributing to development of budget training
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in partnering with business managers to develop, review and analyse performance to budget. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail are also required.

You will need to be degree qualified in accounting, business, commerce or a related discipline, alongside experience in a similar role. CPA/CA qualification is preferred or demonstration of studying towards the distinction.
