The Process Architecture role sits within the Technology and Operations group and is part of the Leadership team. The role is accountable for the design and delivery of a world class process improvement architecture across technology and operations, with a specific focus on business and consumer operations value chains. This will include assessment and planning for embedding process improvements and deeply aligning people, systems and processes.
The executive will be able to Identify and implement strategies for simplifying operational process architecture across the value chain and lifting operational performance through the strategic application of technology solutions in order to improve service to customers whilst also reducing the cost and effort in providing these services.
The individual will work closely with stakeholders to develop process improvement strategies and roadmaps to execute on productivity opportunities.
The person will possess: experience at the Group Executive level within financial services; experience in the design and delivery of world class process architecture for high volume, centralised fulfilment environments; demonstrable track record of leading large scale, complex businesses in a regulated environment with multiple stakeholders; proven leadership experience within a complex financial services environment and/or another heavily regulated, complex organization; a track record of driving large-scale enterprise-wide projects that incorporate proactive and innovative solutions to addressing business challenges to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
