A little bit about the role
The Drupal Engineer is responsible for the backend development of high profile websites and applications and will be required to think creatively in order to deliver best in class solutions. Working directly with Frontend Developers, UX/UI Designers, Engineering and Delivery Leads, Testers, and Vendors you will have autonomy to utilise your experience to build secure, accessible and scalable solutions.
Reporting to the Digital Engineering Lead, the Drupal Engineer will be skilled in PHP, Symphony, Twig and supporting front end technologies such as React and Vue.
You will be responsible for developing solutions within Drupal, maintaining existing solutions, attending regular agile stand ups, reporting on progress, estimating time and effort and taking ownership of our CI/CD pipeline.
Utilising your existing skill set you will seek to automate where possible, share knowledge with other team members and develop code using industry best practice.
