Consultant Digital Data Scientist

About you:

Degree qualified in Commerce, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering, you are an experienced Consultant with excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. You possess a solid understanding of customer data analytics and modelling, coupled with domain knowledge across a broad range of business functions, such as digital, products and services, customer experience and marketing.

You also have excellent hands-on experience in technical tools such as Microsoft BI Stack, Oracle, Tableau, R, Python, Redshift, and/or Snowflake, sound knowledge of relevant analytical and statistical techniques and proven data visualisation, analysis, modelling and preparation experience. In addition, you can demonstrate a track record of using data analytics techniques to synthesise actionable customer insights.

Ideally, you possess experience working within an Agile environment, and working knowledge of NAB, our business platforms, data and internal processes.

Day to day you will:
  • Pro-actively monitor and forecast business and customer outcomes
  • Generate actionable customer insights to improve customer and bank outcomes using advanced data science methodologies
  • Identify customer cohorts, customer behaviours and on-going natural language processing of customer feedback
  • Establish consolidated CX insights and cadence for senior management

About the team

The Customer Analytics Team sits within CX Analytics Centre of Excellence and is responsible for generating consolidated actionable insights, applying data science and analytics techniques, for the senior executives and CX teams to deliver exceptional customer and bank outcomes
