Consultant, Cyber Defence Capability Mgt
You & your new role

This role is responsible for developing, managing and optimising operational maturity across Cyber Defence functions, including service catalogue, requirements, processes, procedures, work instructions, playbooks and knowledge management. The role is also responsible for assisting with project engagement and epic/story shaping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage and optimise maturity for project and operational activities, including service
  • catalogue, requirements, processes, procedures, work instructions, and playbooks
  • Support early consulting and shaping of new project initiatives
  • Drive maturity, consistency and cohesiveness across all documentation
  • Create, manage and curate the knowledge management repository
  • Manage and govern the Cyber Defence team's wider contribution to documentation
  • Ensure operational acceptance, currency, and periodic review of all documentation
  • Assist with delivery and sprint management, including documenting epics, stories and requirements
  • Identify risks and gaps in operational process maturity and assist with resolution
  • Stay abreast of regulatory / compliance obligations and ensure traceability to operational processes
  • Assist with defining, maturing and producing operational metrics and reporting across all functions
  • Track, improve performance and report on key measures / indicators specific to the role
  • Other related activities as required by Management

  • Knowledge of cyber-security technologies and processes
  • Experience performing Business Analysis in large organisations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong documentation and negotiation skills
