Change Management Lead

Change Management Lead

Our client is looking to hire a Change Management Lead to build OCM strategy and provide change management advisory services and support for projects.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assess and analyze the project and organization to determine the level of organizational change, which could include technological, process, operating model, or organizational elements
  • Design and develop comprehensive change management plans, which could include elements of stakeholder management, business readiness, communications, learning, or adoption
  • Create and manage stakeholder management plans adapted to the project and organization
  • Mentor and advise project and organizational members on best practices of change and project management
  • Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and share findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans

The successful candidate should have:

  • 8+ years overall experience with 5+ years of leading complex change engagement in IT/Business environments
  • Should preferably have managed change due to ERP and their application in a large- scale enterprise environment
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Logistics/transportation Industry is desired
