Bookkeeper / Office Manager
Your new company
A rapidly growing national technology business are currently looking for a bookkeeper / Office Manager to join their business on a full time, permanent basis. They are looking for a vibrant & dynamic candidate who can take ownership and develop the role as the business grows! You will be working alongside some exceptionally talent individuals and you expect to be welcomed into a supportive & friendly team culture!

Your new role
Reporting into the director, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Bookkeeping duties; accounts payable & receivables, banking, payroll processing
  • Administration & Office Management duties.
  • Managing & maintaining client management systems
  • Reporting on activities & developing process improvements
  • Other Ad-duties as requested

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experienced in bookkeeping/senior admin roles
  • Experience using an accounting system
  • Hardworking and good attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy would be highly desirable
