About The Role

Role Type: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract Opportunity

As the Associate Director for TSC Digital Innovation, you will drive the Trade and Supply Chain (TSC) digital innovation agenda. Responsibilities include managing key streams of work within the overall digital innovation project portfolio, and partnering with a wide range of functions to collaboratively deliver key project requirements including technology, legal, risk, compliance, sales and relationship, operations, finance and tax.

Key activities include managing project budgets; participation in external consortium working groups, implementing change management within ANZ, sharing project updates with stakeholders, consolidating feedback from internal stakeholders and identifying internal business policies and governance requirements. In this role you will develop and maintain expertise in the field of digital innovation in trade finance, including knowledge of current market trends and customer initiatives and leverage internal experts to develop deep understanding.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Highly organised approach to deliverables, including anticipating and planning for future deadlines
  • Ability to connect and collaborate across a broad range of enablement stakeholders, leveraging existing networks
  • Exposure to (or willingness to learn about) Trade Products and associated processes
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, with a clear understanding of customer requirements and the regulatory environment
  • Experience in change management, working within bank governance frameworks and effective communication skills supporting this
  • Understanding of the need to mitigate business operational risks in line with established risk management and compliance frameworks
