The team’s responsibilities are to collaboratively work with senior management to identify and analyse potential acquisition targets for the business, execute M&A transactions, assist with business development and other corporate finance initiatives, and regularly report to the board on growth strategies and acquisition targets.
Your role will consist of undertaking research on proposed acquisitions and growth strategies, valuation of potential targets, managing the due diligence process and transaction execution. You will also assist in preparation of presentations for senior management.
We are looking to hire for two different roles. Both the Analyst (1-3 years’ experience) and the Associate (4-6 years’ experience) level hires will have come from an M&A coverage team in an investment bank, and accounting firm or a leading advisor. You will have strong presentation and strategic thinking capabilities as well as proven financial acumen and advanced modelling skills. You will also demonstrate commercial nous and have the maturity and confidence to interact at all levels within the organisation.
