Logistics business seeking an Administrator and Accounts Coordinator to join their team
Your new company
Our client has a 50 year history working with clients and customer to provide specialty logistic solutions. They are constantly being innovative and are evolving the way in which they work to provide and all round better experience. In a head office environment located in the North West we're seeking an Administrator/ Accounts Coordinator.

Your new role
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, solutions, and account coordination to all clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Key responsibilities include:
  • Organising client bookings ensuring all data information is accurate and entered into the ERP system in a timely manner
  • Manage and resolve client issues and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring clients are satisfied with the outcome
  • Assist with maintaining and updating the 3PL pricing database in line with information provided from the finance team
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services to WCA CSS/3PL clients
  • Work with internal and external groups to solve client issues
  • Assist in meeting program timelines and making adjustments to meet priorities
What you'll need to succeed
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
  • Outstanding presentation, preparation and presenting skills
  • International and domestic geographic knowledge
  • Ideally an understanding of Imports, Exports and logistics terminology
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work with deadlines
