Excellent Part Time Opportunity for an experienced Administrator who enjoys a varied role

Your new role
This role is a Organisation Support Officer, duties include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Arranging couriers
- Managing the general email inbox
- Event coordination, such as forums and internal and external meetings
- Managing the IT register
- Liaising with multiple providers
- Provide general administrative support
- Part Time hours, 0.6

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Administration experience
- Confident using Video Conferencing platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Be flexible with work hours, the hours can be split across 5 days per week or less
