Executive Team Assistant
Your new role
Based our their Canberra Office, you will provide end-to-end admin support for the team with key responsibilities including:
  • Run marketing meetings to track actions and ensuring tasks are completed and executed within required timeframes to meet deadlines
  • Transactions meeting - generate reports on opportunities
  • collate updates in meeting on revenue recognition dates, projected fees etc
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, presentations and documentation for agents
  • Assist with preparation of Submissions and Business
    Development
  • Assist with leasing reports
  • General secretarial support report, letters, client interface.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Preparation, execution and planning for marketing material and
    advertising
  • Online listing management - including updates as required (also
    ensuring listing upgrades are maintained and new marketing schedules
    are prepared in advance for execution prior to expiry)
The position will provide full secretarial and administrative support to the team. Support will be required for the group as a whole, which will require a highly tuned organised individual with good communication skills. Systems knowledge with the ability to provide effective and efficient facilitation of reports, meetings and general support is required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to prioritise
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work towards and achieve tight
deadlines
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Working experience in an administration / PA/ EA role in the corporate
environment is highly desirable
