Sales Administrator wanted!
Your new company
Our client is an Australian owned and operated building supplier dedicated to servicing the East Coast of Australia. Their clients range from large nationally recognised building companies through to small builders. Due to organisational growth and restructure, the team are excited to welcome a new Sales Administrator to their team.

Your new role
Our client is an Australian owned and operated building supplier dedicated to servicing the East Coast of Australia. Their clients range from large nationally recognised building companies through to small builders. Due to organisational growth and restructure, the team are excited to welcome a new Sales Administrator to their team.

Your new role
Reporting through to the Business Development Manager, your main duties and responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to;
  • Handling general enquiries via e-mail and phone
  • Inbox management
  • Answering and re-directing phone calls
  • Processing and updating orders for suppliers
  • Coordinating and organising freight for orders
  • Collation and cross-checking of quotes and invoices
  • Reviewing and updating the structured job report
  • Manual and electronic diary management
  • Liaising and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
We strongly encourage your application should you have demonstrated the below skills and/or attributes;
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within the building and/or steel reinforcing sector highly desirable
  • Software proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel), Outlook and DropBox
  • High standard of customer service both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Full-time availability Monday - Friday standard business hours
