Your new company
Hays Chermside are currently working with a multi-award winning wholesaler within the promotional products industry. Our client has worked hard to establish themselves with 25 years experience within the industry and pride themselves on their exceptional customer service standards. They are looking to progress and continue their success by employing a new full-time Sales Administrator who is able to support the sales team effectively, multi-task and has a keen eye for detail in a fast paced environment.

Your new role
As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for assisting customers in placing their orders and ensuring their orders are processed in a timely manner, troubleshoot any concerns and follow through to ensure the orders are delivered by the agreed deadline. Your main duties and responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to;
  • Production orientation tasks
  • Assisting with answering all incoming calls and directing those as needed
  • Checking supplied art work is suitable for printing and compliments their products
  • Communicating with data entry & artwork support team based in the Philippines
  • Liaising with multiple departments to ensure customer deadlines are met
  • Liaising with a variety of couriers
  • Assisting other departments during busy periods
What you'll need to succeed
We strongly encourage your application should you demonstrate the following skills and experience;
  • Excellent proven customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively to KPI's and deadlines
  • Exposure to working in an office environment preferable
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • High level administration skills e.g. able to operate a computer with ease, confident with typing and word processing
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent proven attention to detail
  • Team player
