In this role, you will be responsible for the training and development of sales staff, educating them on a variety of sales philosophies and strategies surrounding customer service, engagement and incremental sales. You will train the team to up sell and cross sell, with a high focus on ways to increase profits and growth for the business. You will be responsible for all aspects of sales training and performance coaching including the development of training policies and procedures. You will work with both new hires and the existing sales team to build out their industry knowledge and sales skills. This role will also require regular travel. What you'll need to succeed
You will have a passion for Training & Development and previous experience developing sales teams, you will thrive on the success of the team and the business. Your previous experience and qualifications in training, coupled with your background in sales will ensure your ability to train, coach and lead a team to ensure increased revenue. You will be able to liaise with a multitude of stakeholders, both internally and externally. A Certificate in Training and Assessment would be highly regarded. What you'll get in return
