You could be joining one of Australia's fastest growing specialist firms, with employees across Australia and Asia Pacific, this company is rapidly expanding and now looking to bring in an experience Senior Analyst in their Insolvency and Restructuring team. There to support businesses throughout what may be difficult times, this company turns situations that are otherwise difficult and distressing into extraordinary moments. Your new role
Assisting other senior staff in the management of appointments and liaising with stakeholders, as a Senior Analyst you will be responsible for supervising the work of the more junior team members as well as coordinating and managing the assignments tasked to them. In your role as a Senior Analyst your duties will typically involve corporate Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and trading Voluntary Administrations, however through your work you will also gain extensive experience in Members Voluntary Liquidation as well as Receivership & Court Appointed Liquidation.

- Liaising with lawyers, agents, auctioneers, and financiers in the management of assets.
- Applying your industry experience and demonstrating knowledge of business environments that your clients operate within
- Demonstrate and implement a strong background knowledge and understanding of case law and statutory requirements for all types of formal insolvency appointments
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in commerce or accounting and be pursuing their IPA (CA or CPA will be considered), with demonstrated experience in corporate insolvency. The ideal applicant with have the ability to effectively organise their time and work towards deadlines and meet KPI's, coordinating and liaising with banks, lawyers and other industry professionals with integrity and strong ethical standards. The candidate should have exceptional communication skills with strong report writing and analytical skills in support.
