Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:
- Take ownership of month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and statutory compliance, ensuring accurate and timely financial results.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and key financial controls to support operational and commercial performance.
- Partner with leadership to deliver meaningful financial insights, reporting and analysis that drive informed decision-making.
- Lead process improvements, strengthen controls and support the ongoing development of finance and administration teams.
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in a Dealership Accountant, Management Accountant or similar role, with strong knowledge of financial accounting, cash flow management and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory reporting and financial controls.
- Strong business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to provide meaningful financial insights to operational leaders.
- Proactive and process-driven mindset, with experience improving systems, strengthening controls and supporting high-performing teams.
