Your new role
We are seeking two experienced Scrum Masters to join a large-scale technology delivery function. Working within Agile software development teams, you will act as a servant leader, coach and facilitator, helping teams deliver value while driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity. You will partner closely with delivery leaders, developers, product stakeholders and business representatives, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, improving team performance and embedding best-practice Agile methodologies across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and ways of working.
- Supporting portfolio and program-level planning and prioritisation activities.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and fostering collaborative delivery practices.
- Promoting transparency, accountability and high-performing team behaviours.
- Supporting modern software delivery practices within Agile and DevOps environments.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience working within modern application delivery and DevOps environments.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
- A collaborative leadership style focused on coaching and empowerment.
- Experience influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
- Relevant Scrum and/or Agile certification.
