Receptionist / Administration Support Officer
A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Receptionist/ Administration Officer
Your new company
Your new company is located West of the Adelaide CBD and are looking for an experienced Office Support team member to permanently join their team. They are experts in the home improvement industry and provide high quality products to their customers.

Your new role
Your new role as a Receptionist/Administration Officer will report to the Office Manager and will be responsible for duties not limited to:
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, in person and over phone
  • Maintain safe and clean reception and kitchen area
  • Standard Administration tasks; daily banking, ordering of office supplies, filing, collect mail
  • Processing of Contracts
  • Run necessary reports
  • Assist other staff with any tasks requested
  • Comply with procedures, rules and regulations
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
  • Experience with MYOB - highly regarded
  • Ability to be dynamic and assist the business where required
  • Be able to work well in a team and independently when required
