A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Projects Administrator in a family business
Your new company
Your new company will have you working for Australia's leading manufacturer for multiple sectors. They have had a rare opportunity become available for an experienced Projects Administrator.

Your new role
Your new role as a Projects Administrator will support the Project Manager and will be responsible for duties not limited to:
  • Helping with administration tasks including scheduling and cost tracking
  • Assisting with customer communication
  • Produce reports to management
  • Overseeing purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Coordinate with Senior Project Manager and assist with documentation
  • Oversee Contract Agreements
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
  • MYOB experience - highly desirable
  • Experience in Project Administration
  • Experience in procurement
  • A great work ethic and proactive attitude
