Your new company
My client is one of the premier Building Surveying firms in South Australia. Having been responsible for the delivery of Building Approval and Expert Advice services for recent projects across Adelaide, their team of skilled employees offer a range of assessment and consultancy services which are highly sought after. Based in the heart of Adelaide's CBD, they are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

Your new role
Working as the office Receptionist and Administrator, you will have a variety of duties and responsibilities. These will include, however will not be limited to;
  • Reception duties including answer incoming calls and assist or direct where appropriate or
    relay message by email
  • Prepare and lodge new submissions and new projects
  • Assist with office related functions
  • Arrange staff travel arrangements
  • Assist with marketing activities including maintaining website, staff CV's, social media and
    client functions/activities
  • General office administration duties
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you must be a team player and be able to work effectively in a small, tight knit team. You will have excellent communication skills, time management abilities and have an outstanding work ethic. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite is essential and building industry knowledge is beneficial, however not required.
