We are seeking a Claims Consultant to join our friendly and supportive team in Gawler. This role would suit someone with experience in customer service, administration, insurance, banking, retail leadership, hospitality management or a similar professional environment who is looking to take the next step in their career.



You will manage claims from start to finish, support customers through the claims process, liaise with a range of stakeholders, and develop valuable skills in communication, negotiation and problem-solving.

• Managing claims from lodgment to resolution


• Supporting customers throughout the claims process


• Communicating with customers and stakeholders
