In your new role your technical knowledge, experience and personality is vital to your success. You will be supporting internal users within an open planned office. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues across a variety of areas and have the opportunity to work in a modern office with a supportive and social culture. What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have excellent customer service, communication and troubleshooting skills. You'll be self-driven, motivated and passionate about IT. You'll need to be able to multi-task, change your scope quickly and prioritise daily tasks. Your technical experience will include:
- Windows/Linux server administration
- Understanding of networking protocols including DNS and DHCP
- Office 365
- PowerShell scripting.
You will be successful in this role if you are an experienced Desktop Support Analyst with an interest in Cyber Security. You will also be required to be an Australian citizen. What you need to do now
