Business Analyst - 12 Max Term Contract - Bedford Park
How will I Help?
As a Business Analyst you will be a key member of the Group Customer Assist Team within the Group Operations, Property & Commercial Services (GOPCS) and your role is paramount to helping contribute the delivery of Westpac's vision and strategic priorities.
The Business Analyst role is a critical role to support the Project Manager in all project activities that deliver business and/or technology solutions, enabling Westpac to achieve it's strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.
This role is also required to deliver seamless implementation of Business changes through strong engagement with stakeholders both internal and external to Customer Assist and to implement and achieve key business objectives and ensure consistency of process and service experience across all channels.
The Business Analyst is responsible for the business analysis tasks primarily within the boundaries of a project and/or program but not limited to. These tasks can be performed from a diverse range of perspectives including Waterfall, Agile, Information Technology and/or business process management. What's in it for me?
