The Opportunity
As an Assistant Manager / Supervisor, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio while supporting the development of junior staff and working closely with senior leaders on more complex engagements.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns
  • Managing client relationships and day-to-day queries
  • Mentoring and reviewing work completed by junior team members
  • Assisting with complex tax and advisory engagements
  • Management accounting and business performance reporting
  • Business structuring and restructuring projects
  • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions activities
  • Cross-border taxation matters and international group structures
You'll work across a broad client base including:
  • High-net-worth individuals and family groups
  • Property investment and development businesses
  • Consumer products and retail organisations
  • Professional services firms
  • Growing SME businesses
  • Large private groups and listed entities
  • Client turnover ranges from $1 million through to multi-billion-dollar organisations, providing exposure rarely found outside larger firms.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
  • 4-7+ years' experience within Australian Public Practice
  • CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion)
  • Strong Business Services & Tax experience
  • Experience reviewing work or mentoring junior staff
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • A desire to continue developing technically and professionally
