Professional Administration Assistant required in boutique firm
Your new company
A boutique financial advisory firm is seeking a part time administrator to join their team. Based in a prime location in Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs, you will have access to ample parking and local shops. You will be working for a well-respected and knowledgeable Financial Adviser in a Professional Services environment.

Your new role
As part time Administrator your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
  • Booking and managing client meetings and appointments
  • Client meeting preparation
  • Updating client records
  • Drafting documents as requested
  • General administration and reception duties
  • Communicating with stakeholders and clients
What you'll need to succeed
This firm is looking for an administrator with exceptional time management and organisational abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as high attention to detail are also needed to be successful in this role. Working in a small team, you must be able to work independently. The successful candidate must have the enthusiasm to learn and be willing to work autonomously if need be.
