Role: Support the Nasser Group Investments Team in the creation and enhancement of shareholder value through the development and execution of accounting and finance strategies, business strategies, implementing and sustaining of Finance processes and leading cost effective stewardship of the company’s assets and operations. Accountabilities:

Provide support for business strategy development and execution

  • Lead and align strategic planning, AOP, forecast and capital planning processes
  • Provide analytical and planning support in the development and achievement of performance targets
  • Support Pricing Architecture and Food Cost process

Financial Stewardship

  • Ensure the financial integrity of operations by safeguarding company assets and prudent balance sheet management
  • Fund sourcing management for expansions plan and banks dealing management.
  • Satisfy all legal, tax, accounting, management reporting and Corporate governance requirements cost effectively
  • Establish a strong internal control environment
  • Full cashflow Managements

Performance Management

  • Clearly articulate operating performance in reporting, forecasts and the development of contingency planning

Front-line Financial Services

  • Drive continuous improvement in the delivery of cost effective front-line financial services (e.g. settlement and commercial administration)


Financial Control and Asset Stewardship

•Execute and sustain the necessary processes for effective financial control and stewardship of business unit

• Execute and sustain weekly financial KPIs

•Support efficient management of working capital and cash flow

•Ensure timely implementation of external audit recommendations

•Exercise appropriate signatory authority as per financial policies

Financial Reporting and Transaction Processing

•Support implementation of Best Practice Tools which improve the accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness of financial transaction processing and reporting

•Ensure financial accounting reports accurately reflect the financial condition of the business

Coaching and Leading

Build requisite general accounting, financial and administrative support capabilities in finance staff


  •  Develop and support cost effective implementation of the IT strategy for the operation
  •  Ensure adequate resources are in place to support information processing

Build Capability

  •  Sponsor sustainable continuous improvement within Finance as measured by cost, effectiveness and timeliness
  •  Build skill and capability in the Finance organization

                                                            -   100% compliance of financial controls and reporting to local government and corporate requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

                                                            -  Finance degree from an accredited business school

                                                            -  8 - 10 years experience in various financial roles (controller, planner, treasurer)

                                                            -  Proficient in computer usage

                                                            -  Good communication skills

                                                            -   High integrity and business ethics

                                                            -   Good knowledge of local statutory law, and Corporate financial requirements and policies

                                                            -  Team players, work well across functions and levels

                                                            - Good understanding of the Food & beverage, local market dynamics, competitor’s financial capabilities
