YOUR IMPACT
The Real Estate Financing Group (REFG) CMBS Securitization Team within the Investment Banking Division in Irving is looking for an Analyst with current banking (or related) experience to join the team.

Whether advising on a merger, providing financial solutions for an acquisition, or structuring an initial public offering, we handle projects that help clients at major milestones. We work with corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments and are a team of strong analytical thinkers, who have a passion for producing out-of-the-box ideas. REFG's CMBS Securitization Team is responsible for managing and conducting all tasks associated with the execution of securitizing commercial mortgage loans (and mezzanine loans) and certain aspects of the loan syndication process.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Analyze loan, property and legal data to help maintain transaction database and run stratification tables of loan and property characteristics
  • Work with CRE origination teams to review and prepare asset summaries
  • Manage information flow between all transaction parties including maintaining Q&A logs and virtual data rooms
  • Work with originators, trust accountants and legal counsel to review and prepare loan and property disclosure for the prelim and final offering documents
  • Interface with mortgage sales and mortgage secondary trading as well as external securitization partners and CRE loan clients
  • Manage ongoing post-closing reporting and disclosure obligations

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency with the following MS Office Excel skills: pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros
  • Relevant investment banking or related financial industry experience
  • Series 79 and 63 (Licenses will be required to be obtained if not already held by the Candidate)
