Senior Administrator - Delaware Investments

Macquarie Investment Management currently operates 2 instances of The retail instance provides a CRM platform for our third party broker-dealer distribution as well as for our RIA and DCIO sales and client groups. The institutional instance provides a global platform for MIM-North America and MIM-EMEA sales and client services. The Sr. Administrator would oversee all the day-to-day administration of both instances.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage Delaware Investments' contact management system which is on the platform. The individual would be responsible for all users accessing the MIM-Insto (North America and EMEA) and the retail instances with roughly 200 users.
  • Manage a Associate
  • Actively manage the integrity of the data by implementing data scrubbing and consolidation procedures.
  • Liaise with marketing on campaign management and advisor segmentation efforts.
  • Work with sales managers, sales professionals and consultants in developing appropriate capabilities, reports and dashboards in support of Delaware's client and management initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system upgrades by gathering user feedback and requirements to meet business needs
  • Organize and lead projects of varying scope and complexity. Projects may relate to new functionality, process improvement, problem resolution, new business requirements, etc.

  • Develop and conduct training for all users. Training will be conducted in both group settings and on a one-on-one basis for basis as needed. The administrator will maintain and update training materials. Additionally, there will be some travel required in support of various sales meetings and conferences.
  • Provide critical communication on all matters, such as providing information on new releases and enhancements to the tool.
  • Assist users with report design and management.

Critical Skills
  • The ability to identify process improvements and enhancements through SFDC utilization.
  • The ability to manage multiple data sources which populate SFDC.
  • The ability to work with multiple SFDC plug-ins.
  • Data manipulation and cleaning
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Attributes:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Certified Administrator (201)
  • 4-6 years administration experience
  • Experience with LiveOps and Pardot a plus.
  • Proficient with data management (Excel, Access, etc…)
  • Financial services industry experience a plus.
